Atal Tinkering Labs(ATL)

Atal Tinkering Lab was opened in February, 2020 with the support of NITI Aayog. ATL is a workspace at St. Kabeer Academy where young minds can give shape to their ideas through hands-on do-it-yourself mode; and learn innovation skills. Young children here, get a chance to work with tools and equipment to understand the concepts of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).

ATL contains educational and learning ‘Do-it-yourself’ kits and equipment on:

1. Science
2. Electronics
3. Robotics
4. Open-source microcontroller boards,
5. Badminton
6. Sensors and 3D printers, and
7. Computers

Why ATL?

With a vision of promoting education in the best way possible, St. Kabeer Academy has introduced Atal Tinkering Laboratory (ATL) in the school. The objective of ATL is:

1. To foster curiosity, creativity and imagination in young minds.
2. To inculcate skills such as Design mindset, Computational thinking, Adaptive learning, and Physical computing.

At St. Kabeer Academy it is compulsory for grades VI to XII (Science) to participate in ATL activities. The school has interwoven the same in its Curriculum.
